That was my first impression, but there is a small time gap on their reporting when the O&M contract has started but the EPC contract is still going. Primero may just have been maintaining related infrastructure in Jan2023. Primero's indicated end date for the EPC contract is however consistent with the good insights that have been coming from@Stu360.
