    Would it concern BOD, that The Company is 69.5 % Held, by Private Investors?
    Maybe, Having The Company 69 % Held by BEOT, They would be "easier" to Please, and require less info.
    I am not Saying this is happening, but a Skeptic, could think otherwise.
