Whisky - I hold PLS as well and our CEO over there is top notch. I have not asked for everyone to be fired - just our clown who:

1) Could not close a deal with Tesla.
2) Did a CR for $1.03 when we hit $1.87 which tanked the SP and after such CR was leaked.
3) Had a few LT managers leave.
4) Forgot to mention how bad the water is.
5) Puts out reports (if ever) that look like they have been written by a 10 year old - spelling mistakes included.
6) Decided to move head office to Perth but forgot the mine is 4,000km away.
7) Allowed GS and co to lie without any pushback.
8) Allowed CXO to have 10% shorted without any pushback

I could go on all day. However today have moved 50% of my holding in CXO to PLS - main reason being loss of trust in management.
