don’t know why I’d down ramp. In a big hole. My house was paid off at 1.87. Talking about the possibilities isn’t down ramping. Being aware of all the possible outcomes and trying to figure the risk of upside/downside is investing. I think GS call of $1100 spod is possible, I don’t think its a high probability and if it did it wouldnt stay that low for long, but it won’t be a fun ride on our SP should that eventuate. I also think it possible we retest the highs soon. Obviously I hope we do. I will take a bit off the table if so and lock in the house.
