I believe Grants only is ML 31726. There is a bund around the site .
Note: there needs to be water flowing at discharge point to allow discharge

There was also an extraction license required to remove water from streams for processing
There is a lot of readingf that coulc be done but basically the point is there is a lot of engineering and science involved in the stormwater management. The performance of the sytem will be reliant on the engineering being sound.
