Prep for a tough 3-5 years. You will not see $2 for a while yet, regardless of how undervalued or cheap we seem to be.

When we hit a bottom, thats when TOs will approach. If we hit 60c and get offered 1.00, 90% will take it. Prepare and plan for that. That scenario is more realistic than $2.00.
