long termers don't care where the price is ATM as long as it's higher in the next 3 months that's when interest rates will be hitting coming off 2-3 year fixedI'll be buying a property when the pressure gets unbearable pick up the piece's least borrowing power will be at the highest interest rate see where I sit for capacity
