Yes my understanding is, CXO USD a tonne locked in at the 2021 price around 900 USD with a cap of 50% upside, at 6000 USD a tonne, binding offtake partners paying on fixed contract of fixed years around USD 3,500 a tonne. Add in 20% freed up to BMX platform reaching today's price of well over USD 6000.
Research comes from industry analysts names I've mentioned throughout my posts on CXO forum. (However not on specific companies, general guidelines for company contract pricing).
