See how it goes, in the longer term lower rates will be bullish for equities but we will just have to see how it goes. Reckon the market will continue this up and down patter for some time but I don't expect an actual crash, though I also don't ect a rally any time soon. Most likely accumulation for a bit of time before the next big move (hopefully up)

Clearly the Fed doesn't care as much about the banking sector issues as the market does otherwise they would have not increased rates... a telling fact revealing that perhaps the market has been overreacting
