Today marks a milestone for me. I sold half my stack at 74 cents when Russia launched the first missile at Ukraine, who would've thought that there'd be a time when we'd see the SP dip below that.
In times like this you need to ask yourself if the core operations of the business changed for the worse, and if not make a decision to sell and cash out or hold on in hopes of better days. I will be holding as I see nothing unexpected happening.
- Lithium prices having a pull back? We all knew that was coming.
- Water in the mines? It's Darwin in the wet season. A good company will take some lessons learned from this and implement measures and protocols to prevent it from happening again in the future.
- Share market retracting from record highs? I'm shocked.
- Attack by shorts upon classification of ASX200? Effect exacerbated by the aforementioned. But admittedly, it hurts to see such a strong (~10% short position).
