Good info Mayo - I suggest the point to take away form the BEOT is even if you believe/know they are lying scum (info and data wise) what they "say" (GS in particular) about what the think the SP should be seems to have been proven by my count at least 3-4 time the last year as to be the "truth".
IMO this kind of SP manipulation is easier in a bear market like we are in now. Have to at least be impressed by the conviction they have played to get it down to such lows and obviously accumulate retail shares on the way in prep for going long (a pump) when the time is right.
