Yes its not managements job to manage the day to day shareprice , they couldn't even if they tried the market is much bigger than any company. By doing what they are tasked with , that is running the company with the intention of adding value for shareholders over time, the shareprice will eventually reflect that outcome over time .
Barring a TO or merger this company will be around for years and will go through endless cycles of being undervalued and overvalued by whats considered market norms , this is just one of them and if you believe its undervalued then it presents an opportunity if you have spare cash or its just a matter of waiting or moving on if you haven't. There are not a lot of options other than moving on...
