I think this ANN was about Iran - What you are missing is that the western world has an embargo and and trade sanctions on Iran. if Li from Iran ends up in a vehicle it will not be able to be sold to a western country. Yes China may be able to sell them internally but it's not so simple. That's really why I said it might as well be on Mars. There are so many obstacles in getting Iranian or Afghani Li to market it's not funny.
