I have always thought that HC should give followers the chance to give a down vote and not just a thumbs up!
Anyway you have probably guessed by now that you receive a BIG thumbs down from me and I suspect that
a lot of CXO thread followers would fully agree! If you are short on CXO as I suspect you will be short on
something else down the track and that time is not far off imho. Cheers
