I think you will find almost the whole Australian economy is about selling to Asia. From coal to dairy, lithium to Tasmanian seafood, tourism to housing, Universities to retirement visas, We are deeply intertwined with the Regional (Asian) economy. Some poster with more knowledge than me may be able to post some hard facts in the term of statistics. It is a cause for concern and we do need to get more Asian knowledgeable.Especially with China and India now asserting themselves in the region. Core is uniquely positioned to take advantage of this. Especially with straight distance to ports. I am personally looking forward to the Japanese making the transistion to EV. Always good at copying then producing a better product( eg Willys Jeep transformed to Landcruiser)...I am pretty sure within 10 years the engineers of Honda, Toyota, Subaru etc will deliver a quality product with great range. After all it was Sony that started the whole lithium battery thing..
