Hi Dancing the same question was sent to management at SYA, the answer was in essence that they are concentrating on the job at hand and the results will eventually speak for themselves and shorting should subside or words to that effect.
You could send the same inquiry to any management in any Company and if you got a reply it would likely to be much the same...their expertise is mining not trading regulations...
