Looks like i am wrong again.

No support at $1 - sp likely to drop below $1

In the last 6 months - its been flirting with the $1 sp.

Should stablise once the debt ceiling in the USA is finalised - so another 3.5days of drama to come.

I do hope CXO continues to produce at a profit and keep cost down/ in control and build up its cash balance.

Market is predicting recession now in 2024 - it gives cxo time to build a large cash balance to continue operating during the recession
It is predicted to be mild recession- so 12 months of slow or negative growth - which if cxo had a large cash balance can withstand and boom once the recession is over.
