I think this is how this is going to go in my opinion:
Within the next 12 months, we increase LOM and double production. Share price hits $2.
12-24 months after that, divest all the non-core assets. CXO holders get shares in the new company. Extra bonus for everyone.
Our CEO comes from Rio, a big miner, so he has experience running mining operations and should be trusted.
Shorters know all this, that is why they want your shares, plus I do not expect any price sensitive announcements any time soon, -we are now producers, not explorers, so we should not expect them to make an announcement every other day.
TO, I cannot see why it should happen any time soon based on the above.
