I'm not saying he needs to be booted but rather if he does not deliver he will be moved on in the end. That's the nature of a CEO job. Paid well but needs to deliver or else they get shown the door. In a year or so the results will be clearer - till then I buy the dips and hold. Don't forget we are in the middle of a long and nasty bear market which one day will turn. IMO and DYOR, but I think now is the time to buy and hold. Not when FOMO kicks in during the next bull run.
