It’s not about where Gareth and management is based or how he decorates his new office. It’s about Performance!!! Very difficult to make an argument that Gareth has been the right choice to lead our company to date. IMO we needed a CEO that is outspoken and creates excitement for our small but growing company. Here is my schoolyard analogy. CXO get punched in the face and bullied every day but we refuse to respond, we sit back and say “ oh well, eventually my face will heal. It’s just a failure to shareholders for Gareth to not be creating excitement about what is happening at our company. We know there lots happening but the market does not. Why!!!!
