That after market maybe an after eofy rebalance after some re purchase after capital gains losses sales. Super insto shuffle transfer portfiolos. Think it's a good sign as it is consolidation not sell off.
As it is sector related it might be gov announcement legalisation support related or as me think for M&A plays.
