As some posters have mentioned with the SP improving out of sight its possible a placement of 100/150 million shares may Finance the Plant, JORC for GOLD and provide working capital during the build.
CAPEX $85 Mill, Yahua prepayment, NT $A5 Mill loan we could easily finance the Plant with a Raise. Maybe a small finance facility.
Coming anns regarding Lithium and recent GOLD drilling will be very important in determining the best course of action.
If we go the placement route this would be completed within the next few months. If the BOD wish to include retail holders an SPP for working capital could be completed late June/July.
