Agree. New CEO appointed to transition to production, who has neither Li nor CEO experience. CEO is a unique role, especially requiring communications expertise, along with delegation and understanding of markets. Gareth has been acting as COO instead. Outsourcing the comms to a 3rd party PR firm, and expecting things to work out is not a winning strategy. They may well be doing what needs to be done, but unless you get the message out there the market will punish you.
