What's new?...State Street becoming substantial holder then finding a reason to dump the stock...tomorrow the announcement will be State Street no longer substantial holder...then it starts to mop up and up we go to $1 again...obviously the lesson is never learnt by retail investors because their life savings are on the line. Great for those with spare change
