It's almost as if Stephen Biggins knew of potential issues, and left at exactly the right time! Funny that.
Part of me feels a little sorry for Gareth Manderson, although I can't say he's endeared himself much to shareholders in the time he's been at the helm. He's been thrown under the bus a little, through no fault of his own.
Having said that, it's unforgiveable not letting the market know of plant / mine issues as they happen. You can't just brush these things under the carpet. Now look what's happened to our SP.
