    You are spot on with your point 2).
    Management needs to be all over this site marching about with absolute control.
    I have been on projects that tried to run by the office in Brisbane, a disaster until we all moved to site.
    We were only then able to turn things around.
    But that was over 10 years ago, I suppose the new generation can do things by zoom and chat sites... OMG !
