No surprises considering Citi (+JP Morgan, Macquarie rt al) are one of the groups that State Street loaned shares to for short selling, all details were made available in all State Streets change of substantial holder announcements, when they want people to sell to drop the price so they can cover and giveback shares this is the bullshit they put out. Don’t fall for it.
