GXY had problems because the CEO didn't really know what he was doing and was replaced. The plant at Pls was built with contractors knowledge learnt from GXY. Gxy and pls had contract price of $350/t with cost $500_$600/ t. Their SP price crashed. Cxo is an environment of $3000/t the CEO has to do alot more. Will things improve at CXO, I don't know, you don't know. Don't make out like you do.
