I think you are spot on with your observation.
The perfect storm has been created by the BEOT
and poor management which in my opinion is probably
mostly caused by teething problems at the mine.
Very few businesses of any kind don't encounter
unseen issues that crop up when commissioning
a new project. I am not happy like almost everone
else but I intend to hold as these issues are not
insurmountable imho. Cheers.
