@regal @Yellowbunny @Stu360 or anyone... I still don't quite get their FY25 forecast. It's not like there is no ore (there ROM will be higher at the end of FY25).
Why such a negative outlook? FY24 and FY25 will both have wet seasons. Why would there be "processing plant capacity constraints" in FY25 all of a sudden?
Sorry, what have I missed? Any simple explanation would be appreciated.
"However, overall production in FY25 is expected to be below FY24, due to a three-month gap in ore feedstock supply from the mine and processing plant capacity constraints, which result in a ROM pad stockpile building at the conclusion of FY25.
Core is evaluating options to optimise its production outlook which includes increasing the ROM pad stockpile over time such that the processing plant can have more reliable ore feedstock after considering mine scheduling and the wet season, increasing the DMS plant throughput and/or DSO sales to bring forward revenue into FY25."
