That’s definitely a scenario that could play out here, SYA were closing in on 10% short and gave them a free get out of jail card with their recent CR. Look at their SP performance since!!!! What do we know!! We know management failed to look after shareholders by not releasing news on mine issues. We know management new the short were aware of problems. Shorts increasing even at this level!!! We all need to be aware of how this could play out. And I could be wrong…
