What I understand that, in first quarter he explained the investors wanted to make money from sale of spod first and then after only expansion.Now those investors got chance to accumulate cheaper and soon they will ask to GM that to make bp33 production early.So it’s a cat and mouse game for those institutional investors and we are the victims…
