There is nothing that makes sense with Manderson. Go through the numbers and you'll see. A case of repeating the story enough times.
1. Grants has over two years of spodumene at 175k tonnes per year = 350k. The forward 2 years forecast only equal 180kt (just over half) Only 18.5k tonnes have come out. That leaves 150kt (1.5 years) still in the ground in two years time. The ore that is currently being processed is weathered ore from the collapsed wall ( its in the report).
2. If it takes 12 months to build the mine and plant, why can't they optimise it in 6 months. It's 6 months already since they started processing.
3. Why spend $25m on drilling when optimisation is the priority. the profit can be used for exploration later. Even a bank questioned this.
4. By the end of September (in 7 weeks) 20kt of spodumene must be on a ship at the minimum. The fines sale announced must be also. Three announcements should be made, the two here and progress of the plant. Drilling results should be announced but don't expect it until last minute or just before FID with this guy.
5. The creation of "the guy before stuffed up and superman is here to fix everything". How many have now believed it? The current feasibility study method is the same as previous, from drilling samples. If previous study was wrong why will the current be correct? Because the guy in charge say so? Really?
6. Put a snake in charge of the chickens and waiting for protection from foxes. Bp33 surface works has no bearings on current valuation. A mole in the company is waiting for a red envelope.
Pull all the information apart and make a decision from there.
