Doesn't it seem strange that shorters maintained or even increased their positions at a time when CXO started producing and shipping spod, even with a customer pre paying for the order, and with the commissioning of the DMS. All seemed positive.

Yet shorter aactivity during this period would seem to go against what was publicly known and demonstrable.

Not strange really, if you can conclude they knew much more than what had been made publicly available. So how did they know?

IMHO, CXO has treated retail shareholders with disdain. Regardless of future potential, I'm left asking myself if this is the type of company I should be investing in as a retail shareholder.
