Hi Stu ,

Thanks for all your input over the past months and years , i have been reading for a long time on HC but this is a first post .I am intending to attend the AGM later this year - whilst i am a minority holder around 60k shares i would like to raise a couple of motions from the floor .Retail holds the majority here and therefore there is power in numbers.

Motion 1. Vote of no confidence in Gareth Manderson and immediate spill of all positions on the board .

Motion 2 . Renumeration for new board positions linked directly to performance - that is minimum salaries for new CEO and board members .Share issue as incentive once market cap reaches 2 billion ,3 billion , 4 billion etc .

I would like to see shareholders outside the current board with say 1 million shares minimum nominate for board positions , we need people with skin in the game to represent us - let's face it a couple of new faces on the board could hardly do worse than what these clowns have managed .
