Positive Indian Dipole is a weather event even drier than El Niño and the index just shot up to 0.79 last week the highest value in 4 years! If values are sustained for a few more weeks as predicted than 2023 becomes the driest year we will have in four years. When it coincides with El Niño we have the worst droughts ever recorded in decades! So there will be next to no rainfall forecast for 1-2years.

= increase discussion re climate change
= increase Li battery production
= Lithium revolution to save us all from extinction
the shorts are short term people after short term profits GM just has to start changing the narrative with small bits of positive news and larger bits of positive forecast news
maybe start by apologising for getting it so wrong on the negative short term news
