    That bottom section, is inside a Kangaroo Flat Military Training base.
    I went for a Drive there, a couple of weeks ago, to see what was happening.
    I think I needed ID, to get past the Entrance.
    I don't know for sure, but there were a lot of Vehicles Parked at the entrance.
