A significant amount of the SPP are long term holders averaging down as well. Plus there is no free options to try and free carry plus the only way to be part of SPP if you were a share holder before August 15th so you also need to understand from the 50 million your looking at around 25 percent selling which is quarter a days trade. SPP has no impact on the daily
