In 2019 we sold a royalty to a Canadian royalty streaming company for $8.1m. The royalty is for 2.1 to 2.5% depending on what stage we are at, and is for the life of the project. From memory we got most of the 8.1m upfront but a portion is payable at certain milestone which I think related to production. Worth a look at the announcements as 2.5% of gross revenue is significant.
