    Its really to project out 2 years in advance, under normal circumstances.

    It would be crazy to try to project outward of 2 years, after 14 weeks of ramp up. There isn't enough reliable data.

    All plants go through teething problems during its initial ramp up stage. Its an engineering problem. Its fixable.
