will the SPP be fill or over subscribed? likely most committed to the 40 as the SP was floating aroudn that, but now that a few pips lower, ?
i think CXO is getting cash up to do a merge or T0 i don't really think they need the money.
when is the next shippment due??? on the rate manage said on production it would have to be monthly as a min? !!!
will the shorters be as active after SPP? most probably as buyers can not last forever,
