I reckon it will go the other way given most holders were unlikely to take up the SPP with the shares trading well below the purchase price until the last day of the offer. It will simply rub salt in the wounds for those that didn't take up the offer by closing today above 41c.
Next, we will hear of a low ball TO offer which will p#ss even more LT holders off as it will be opportunistic and undervalue the CXO business....... just hypothesising (and crying in my Wheetbix after the share price devaluation over recent weeks/ months).
