    I agree - Africa, Chile, Argentina etc all have their own gov and policy problems I'd not want to navigate.

    Canada, Quebec, North America and Australia are the plays in my opinion.

    All markets are on fire, have been for weeks.

    Aug & Sep known to be volatile historically.
