If we close have a repeat close at 36c, with all the new shares being added to the pool (assuming Ganfeng + SPP are successful) we'd still have a jump in market cap of circa 200m. A very big day for CXO. By comparison if there was no dilution and assuming same MC we'd have a SP of 53c.
Bigger MC attracts more investors.
