Have absolutely no idea how the price can go down to this level and Mr. Ugly on the top is keeping quite and leaving shareholders in the dark. He must be having a boss above him and his strings are being pulled.
A responsible CEO would be delighted to run a company with no debt and has a low cost of production. Granted there are a few problems but they are not that huge not to be overcome. Further, he has the support from the State Government. What more does he need. Maybe a brain transplant, or shown out of the door and told never to come back.
