The trades over the last couple of weeks has been within narrow limits. 0.33 appears to be the lower end and looks like this an accumulation of shares. CXO cannot remain in this low level for long. Get the feeling that prices could shoot up as the fundamentals are sound and if they can step up production and make regular shipments, sentiment would change.
