    Interestingly if you check the shorting data from today there were 1,769,453 shares shorted, which is the highest amount of shorted cxo shares in the last 12 months. Also 1 week delayed data shows a 12 month high in shorted shares, not much only 1.6m. Could be the instos or SIs hedging a bit, or people tipping we don't start construction this year.
