I agree the market at this point in time think CXO is worth more than the current value and has more room to move north, have a look at the graphs after both recent jumps, no big pull back like there has been with other stocks that have gone up with the lithium hype of late.
the SP has nearly flat lined after both jumps in SP and have consolidated there, which is simply telling me the main majority of the market are holding their shares.

when CXO starts having more decent ups and downs would be a telling sign that a higher percentage of holders feel the SP is near its high for that moment in time.
A lot can be read in regards to market sentiment from a simple graph imo.
