The % of shorts is increasing, and at the same time the % held by instos is increasing. So the losers must be the retail SH who sell while this is going on.

Early this year user3 was asked to explain how he arrived at this 30c forecast. He did not give a rational explanation. No other chartist predicted it. Instead of being a genius I suspect he got told to say that by the instos.

I doubt that, I think he was just wildly guessing. My prediction is $1 or maybe 15c give my the volatility of this stock both are possible, does that make me a genius no does, that mean instos told me to say it also no
