The US middle class DO NOT LIKE EV BUT RATHER ICE VEHICLES--how many others think the same???.
This transition is going to take longer than world governments think under current conditions
COP28 has just increased global green targets thus we need to see legislation to phase out ICE vehicles and coal/ gas power stations in order to reestablish reasonable chance of meeting those targets.
All IMHO please don't take this as investment advice.
